Terms and conditions of sale
The following terms and conditions form part of the booking contract.
I acknowledge that I have read these terms and conditions of sale before placing my order.
consequently, placing an order implies my acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale of the Domaine des Roches and my unreserved acceptance of all their provisions.
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival to 12 noon the following day. If you book a room, it will be allocated to you regardless of your arrival time. If you arrive after 10pm, you must contact the hotel by telephone on 02 38 67 68 04, so that we can give you the hotel access code. All orders are guaranteed by credit card.
the hotel is a non-smoking establishment and any offence committed in a room will result in an additional charge of 2 nights to compensate for the time the room is unavailable for deodorising.
Price display
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT, excluding tourist tax payable on site.
Means of payment
Les cartes bancaires acceptées sont les cartes VISA, Mastercard, Club et American Express. La carte de crédit sert de garantie pour votre réservation. Aucun débit ne sera effectué en ligne à l’exception des cas cités ci-dessous. La totalité du montant du séjour devra être réglée directement auprès de l’hôtel. La carte de crédit sera débitée au moment de la réservation dans le cas où la date de validité de la carte de crédit se termine avant votre arrivée à l’hôtel ou si pour une réservation de 1 à 3 chambres, la date d’arrivée à l’hôtel se situe plus de 89 jours après la date de réservation. Pour une réservation de 4 chambres et plus, des arrhes d’un montant de 30 % de la réservation non remboursables en cas d’annulation seront payés au moment de la réservation. Puis, 30 jours avant l’arrivée, la réservation sera confirmée par le versement de 30 % de la réservation non remboursable en cas d’annulation ou de non-présentation.

Cancellation policy for room reservations :
All cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to the following address contact@domainedesroches.fr. If you cancel your reservation less than 2 days before the scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show, the amount of the first night's stay will be deducted from your credit card as a guarantee for each room reserved. If you cancel your reservation 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.
Booking and cancellation conditions for NANR* and Special Offer room bookings:
* NANR: non-cancellable, non-refundable Booking conditions: full prepayment at time of booking Cancellation conditions: non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable.
Disputes :
After contacting the management of the establishment and failing a satisfactory response within 7 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures are available on his website: www.mtv.travel
