WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ROOMS AND COTTAGES?
The rooms are all located in the main building of the hotel. These rooms have been accredited 4*. All are equipped with bathroom with bath and washbasin, separate toilet, hairdryer, bathrobes, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, Bose music system, safe. Individual air conditioning. The cottages are villas located in the grounds of the estate and are not part of the hotel. All are equipped with one to three bedrooms, a living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker (filters) and kettle), bathroom with bath and washbasin, separate toilet, private terrace with garden furniture. The cottages are not air-conditioned.

Grand Confort synthetic fibre pillows are available in all rooms.
ARE THE ROOMS AIR-CONDITIONED?
Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned.
ARE THE COTTAGES AIR-CONDITIONED?
No, our cottages are not air-conditioned.
CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Reservation Modifications:

Cancellation Policy for Room Reservations:
Any cancellation request must be sent by email to contact@chateaudelarozelle.com.
If you cancel your reservation less than 2 days before the scheduled arrival date, or in case of no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged for each reserved room, using the credit card provided as a guarantee.
If you cancel the reservation 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fees will be charged.
Booking and Cancellation Conditions for NANR Room Reservations and Special Offers:*

Booking conditions: full prepayment at the time of reservation.
Cancellation conditions: non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable.
Disputes:
After contacting the management of the establishment, and if no satisfactory response is received within 7 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediation Service, whose contact details and procedures are available on its website: www.mtv.travel
DO I NEED TO HIRE A CAR?
We recommend that you hire a car so that you can get around freely and explore the surrounding area. We can arrange a shuttle to and from the station and can put you in touch with drivers if you wish (please give us 24 hours' notice). The immediate area around the estate can also be explored by bike.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
Free outdoor parking is available.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HIRE BIKES?
A number of bicycles are available for use, subject to availability (as we do not make reservations for their use). If you have any further questions, please contact Reception on 02.38.67.68.04
WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES?
Our rooms are guaranteed from 3pm and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?
Yes, if your accommodation is not reserved afterwards or if you agree to occupy another available room.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE INTERNET ON THE DOMAIN?
Yes, wifi is available throughout the hotel.
IS THE HOTEL ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?
Our hotel and restaurant are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
CAN I SMOKE?
The hotel is non-smoking, and smoking is not permitted in rooms or buildings, although it is possible outside. Any breach of this rule in a room will result in a charge of 2 extra nights to compensate for the time the room is unavailable for deodorisation.
CAN I BRING A PET?
Yes, pets (dogs/cats) are welcome at an additional cost (see rates at reception), but not in the restaurant.
DO YOU HAVE A CURRENCY EXCHANGE SERVICE?
No
IS THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, the pool is heated.
IS THE SPA ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT BOOKING?
Access to the Spa must be booked in advance.
