The Domaine des Roches **** is located in Briare (Loiret), 1? hours from Paris and 10 minutes from Gien. Set in 13 hectares of greenery and in an atmosphere of peace and serenity, the Domaine des Roches offers top-of-the-range accommodation, catering, reception and wellness services.
It comprises a 4-star hotel with 13 suites & 13 villas, a restaurant, 2 meeting rooms, a reception marquee, a wellness area with gym, indoor pool, steam room, sauna and tennis court.
we are looking for a passionate chef de partie to join our kitchen team in our quality bistronomic restaurant, with fresh produce, short distribution channels, a talented chef and an à la carte menu that changes every three weeks.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of our establishment.
You will work to develop the restaurant's upscale offering.
your tasks will include:
- Prepare food according to established recipes and standards
- Ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes before service
- Working with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Comply with current food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage ingredient stocks and take part in ordering the necessary products
- Train and supervise kitchen assistants in their daily work
- Help develop menus and suggest creative ideas
profile description
- Significant experience in the kitchen, ideally as a chef de partie.
- Solid culinary preparation skills, both hot and cold.
- A good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Genuine team spirit and open-mindedness.
- Passionate about your job and keen to continue developing.
